Due to the nature of luxury resale and consignment, certain items may be final sale.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS
Eligible handbags, small leather goods, and accessories may be returned within our approved return window if returned in the same condition received with:
• Original tags attached
• No additional wear or damage
• All included accessories and packaging
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused or subject to partial refund at Billie’s Room discretion.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
All shoes, clothing, jewelry, watches, discounted items, and special-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Any additional final sale items will be clearly marked on the product page.

with your order number and reason for return.
If approved, return instructions and a return shipping label will be provided.
REFUNDS
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
For approved returns, items must be shipped back within the timeframe provided in the return instructions.
REFUSED RETURNS
